MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers. MOPS exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single, and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy to kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs. MOPS helps moms through relationships established in the context of local groups like this one that provide a caring atmosphere for today's mother of young children. MOPS also encourages and supports mom through many resources which are available on their website www.mops.org. Our MOPS group meets the second Tuesday of each month 9:00 am to 11:30 am from September through May. Each of our meetings feature breakfast, a speaker, and plenty of time to talk with other moms like you. We also offer open play in our gym for preschoolers on Tuesday mornings from 9:00 - 11:00 am from February 23 until April 6. No gym days on March 9 and April 13 due to our MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) monthly program. Bring your child and a toy (riding toy, ball, trucks, etc) to share. Light refreshments served. ![]() What is MOPPETS? Our MOPPETS program provides care for children from birth through kindergarten.
